When you call, message or email us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address and details of the vehicle you are interested in. If you buy a vehicle or apply for finance, we collect the information needed to complete the sale, including your address and driving licence details.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange viewings and test drives, complete vehicle sales and DVLA transfers, and — where you ask us to — pass your details to our finance partner to arrange finance. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.
If you apply for finance, your details are shared with our finance partner (Meridian Finance) and their lenders, who act as independent data controllers. They may carry out credit and affordability checks. Their privacy policies apply to their processing.
