We take care to describe every vehicle accurately, including specification, mileage and history. Details are provided in good faith but may occasionally contain errors; specification should be confirmed at viewing. Images may show optional equipment. Nothing on this website constitutes a contractual offer — a sale is agreed only when confirmed by us.
All prices are in pounds sterling. Prices may change and vehicles may be sold before the website is updated. “Sold” vehicles are displayed as a record of previous stock.
Test drives are free and by appointment. Drivers must hold a valid full driving licence and be insured or covered by our arrangements as agreed before the drive.
Vehicles are sold in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015: they must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, taking into account age, mileage and price. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Finance is arranged through third-party providers, is subject to status and credit acceptance, and is available to UK residents aged 18 and over. E.K Elite Motors Limited does not lend money.
